COMPANY HISTORY MCS was founded in Tampa, Florida, in 1986 as a local field services provider. Privately held, it grew into a full-service, nationwide mortgage services provider to help protect and preserve our nation's communities. In 2007, the company opened a second operational site in Plano, Texas, and achieved true dual-site operations between Tampa and Plano.
