Based in the Durham office, Bailey is the lead strategist for partnerships that span civil rights, faith, women, la- bor, and community advocates across CRL's branches in California, North Carolina, and Washington, D.C. Bailey also leads CRL's access to mortgage credit advocacy to ensure that low-wealth families and people of color are fairly served by our nation's housing finance system. She has also provided techni- cal assistance to local municipalities, state legislators, and federal policymakers on abusive lending practices ranging from small-dollar loan abuses to preventing foreclosures. BIN HE is a Principal Economist for the CoreLogic Science and Analytics Team. Bin leads research and development of the CoreLogic Home Price Index and the CoreLogic Real Estate Analytics Suite. Bin is also responsible for the modeling that powers the CoreLogic RiskModel. Before Bin joined Core- Logic, he was director of Credit Analytics for Radian Guaranty, where he was responsible for the develop- ment and implementation of mortgage prepayment and default models. KEVIN STEIN is a Deputy Director of the California Reinvestment Coalition. At CRC, Stein leads corpo- rate and policy campaigns, advocates for regulatory and legislative change, works in partnership with local community organizations, and conducts action research. Stein sits on the board of directors of the Mission Economic Development Agency and the National Community Reinvestment Coalition. DAVID WHARTON, Online Editor at the Five Star Institute, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he received his B.A. in English and a minor in Journalism. Wharton has over 15 years of experience in journalism and previously worked at omson Reuters, a multinational mass media and information firm, as Associate Content Editor, focusing on producing media content related to tax and accounting principles and government rules and regulations for accounting professionals. Wharton has an extensive and diversified portfolio of freelance material, with published contributions in both online and print media publications. RACHEL WILLIAMS attended Texas Christian University (TCU), where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a dual Bachelor of Arts in English and History. Williams is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, widely recognized as the nation's most prestigious honor society. Subsequent to graduating from TCU, Williams joined the Five Star Institute as an Editorial Intern, advancing to Staff Writer, Associate Editor, and is currently the Editor-in-Chief and Head of Corporate Communications.
