Blendoor can also track your company's performance to see where bias is cropping up within your organization so you're better equipped to address your blind spots and problem areas. Blendoor also offers Blendscore, which "analyzes publicly available information, survey responses, and real-time data" to create "a dynamic, data-driven rating that showcases your diversity branding efforts to potential applicants." Web-based platform Joonko Joonko uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to help companies promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging throughout their employee base. JoonkoPool is a peer-to-peer recruiting network designed to connect employers with applicants from underrepresented groups. JoonkoHire is described as "an anti-virus for recruitment bias," constantly analyzing "behavioral patterns in your existing recruitment data to identify unconscious bias as it happens." When it de- tects a possible instance of unconscious bias, it alerts your staff and offers recom- mendations about how to avoid the problem in the future. Joonko is "on a mission to push real diversity, inclusion, and belonging in companies to the next level." Web-based platform Untapt e hiring platform untapt leverages artificial intelligence, deep learning, and natural language processing to help streamline the recruitment process and con- nect businesses with the top talent they're seeking. Boasting that it "works like a whole team of recruiters, only smarter," untapt uses AI algorithms to review resumes "with the accuracy of real human recruiters." untapt also works to ensure that the right candidates connect with the right jobs, helps existing employees find internal opportunities so they're less likely to move on, and uses its algorithms to help identify promising potential future leaders within your organization. Web-based platform PowerToFly PowerToFly is a platform designed to connect women job seekers with hiring companies that feature a strong commitment to gender diversity and inclusion, but there's more to it than that. PowerToFly allows job seekers to connect with other women already working within the companies they're interested in, so they can get the inside scoop onthe perks and pitfalls of taking a job there. e network also helps connect women with coaches and mentors, or simply to meet women with common interests. PowerToFly lets users search via location and keyword to narrow down their search and then send a "connection request." Web-based platform Entelo Diversity e diversity-focused subset of the Entelo recruiting platform, Entelo Diversity "allows companies of all sizes to reap the benefits of building strong, diverse teams." Entelo Diversity uses a proprietary algorithm to connect companies with candidates from underrepresented groups based on "gender, ethnicity, and veteran status." Entelo Diversity also allows you to measure the progress of your company's D&I goals, filter potential candidates, and craft emails using information from candidates' profiles. Moreover, as Entelo's site explains, "since information is layered on top of a candidate's skill set, the solution provides a level of objectivity as it relates to your hiring practices."
