PHIL BRITT started covering mortgages and other financial services matters for a suburban Chicago newspaper in the mid- 1980s before joining Savings Institutions magazine in 1992. When the publication moved its offices to Washington, D.C., in 1993, he started his own editorial services room and continued to cover mortgages, other financial services subjects, and technology for a variety of websites and publications. CRAIG CRABTREE brings more than 20 years' industry experience to his role, lever- aging expertise in origination, servicing, loss mitigation, and capital markets as he leads Equifax's mortgage business across all solution and product categories. DEMETRIUS GRAY is the CEO and Founder of WeatherCheck, the only company making premise-specific damage assessments and sending pre- and post-event weather alerts to trigger specific actions. Gray, a third-generation entrepreneur, started WeatherCheck after experience in the finance, roofing, and reconstruction industries helped him realize that key processes were ripe for authentic disruption. He recognized an opportunity to automate damage detection and speed claims processing and repairs after weather damage. ANDREW OLIVERSON is currently the SVP, REO Sales at Green River Capital, a Radian company. He joined Green River Capital in 2005 after working several years in collections, loss mitigation, commercial asset management, and mortgage origination. He received a bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Utah and currently holds an active Utah broker's license.
